Griffis/Blessing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee Black Ridge Flats and Roan Flats Apartments in Parachute and Fruita, CO.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of property management experience, can lead a service‑oriented team, and demonstrates superior communication and customer service skills. A neat appearance and strong organization are expected. You will help meet reporting, operations, and budget goals for the communities.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Property Management and a strong aptitude in overseeing and directing operations of the community to meet the reporting, operations, budget and contractual obligations of the management agreement
• Bring their A+ game. We need a team player with the ability to lead and multi-task
• Have superior judgment, precise and gracious communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have the ability to switch gears seamlessly and be able to work start to finish with the owner’s goal in mind.
• Have outstanding customer service skills
• Have a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
