Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee operations, staff, budgeting, marketing, and leasing for a multi-property portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to AMC standards across communities.

The role involves supervising budgets, audits, due diligence, and capital projects while guiding a team and maintaining strong third-party relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• CAPS certification preferred.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/One-Site/AMSI).
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Improve financial performance by operating within budget and maintaining standards.
• Set performance goals and hold the team accountable.
• Prepare annual budgets based on data and input.
• Identify variances in monthly statements for each property.
• Oversee profitability and financial direction of communities.
• Complete property audits and site inspections.
• Manage due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, and capex projects.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners, vendors and inspectors.
• Train team on AMC policies, leasing, and software.
