Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee operations, staff, budgeting, marketing, and leasing for multiple apartment communities. Lead by example and drive financial success while maintaining AMC standards.

The role emphasizes budgeting, team leadership, vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies across properties. Strong communication and analytical skills are required for success.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• CAPS certification preferred.
• Property management software experience (Yardi, OneSite, AMSI).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Improve financial performance by operating within budget and standards.
• Set performance goals and hold team accountable.
• Prepare annual budgets with staff input.
• Identify variances in monthly statements per property.
• Oversee profitability, direction, and evaluation of communities.
• Conduct property audits and site inspections.
• Manage due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects.
• Maintain relationships with ownership, vendors, inspectors, etc.
• Train staff on AMC policies, leasing, and software.
