Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to lead our Jacksonville portfolio. You will supervise a sales team, build vendor and staff relationships, and implement aggressive marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Work with owners to set property goals, manage budgets, and oversee cost control, delinquency management, and weekly to quarterly reporting. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and solid bookkeeping knowledge, with OneSite experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years as a Regional Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio and motivate a sales team
• Create and develop lasting relationships with vendors and staff
• Implement a competitive marketing strategy.
• Work with the owners to identify property goals and objectives
• Implement effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management
• Work with Community Managers on yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans
• Effectively maximize rental income
• Ensure all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Train and motivate associates to achieve sales goals
• Maintain thorough product knowledge on all properties and that of major competition
• Ensure that the established policies and procedures are within the Company’s policies

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged, Ops Technology required.
