Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Regional and District teams across a multi-market West region.
• Achieve targeted NOI by managing revenue and expenses.
• Lead budgeting processes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop a people strategy and drive resident service excellence.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and license requirements for real estate activities.
• Collaborate with executive peers to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
