Job summary

Brookfield is seeking a seasoned property operations leader to supervise daily multifamily community activities and manage a team of property managers. The role focuses on maximizing NOI without compromising appearance or service quality at Brookfield’s multifamily properties.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, capital projects coordination, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Property Management or related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily operations of multifamily communities.
• Manages property managers and senior leaders to maximize NOI and property value.
• Ensure timely use of property management software and accurate reporting.
• Prepare variance reports and manage budgets within approved limits.
• Review and approve expenditures for budget compliance.
• Oversee capital improvements and coordination with Regional Engineer.
• Visit properties monthly to address curb appeal, occupancy, maintenance and related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and programs.
