Point Real Estate Management LLC is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee the daily financial, administrative, and maintenance operations of a diverse portfolio of multifamily communities around Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ on-site multifamily management experience.
• Ability to manage finances and work within a budget.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and revenue management software.
• Proven leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Experience with property acquisitions and due diligence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and monitor revenue and expenditures.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets and capital plans.
• Maintain high occupancy and exceptional resident relations.
• Review contracts, audits, and vendor performance.
