Job summary

Paramark Corporation seeks a dedicated Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple communities across the central Iowa region. The ideal candidate will drive property performance, manage leasing activity, and lead on-site teams with a strong emphasis on customer service and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with owners, asset managers and staff, travel within IA, and ensure property standards are maintained while optimizing net operating income.

Qualifications

• Iowa Real Estate License or commitment to complete it in 3 months – company paid
• Several years of progressive property management experience
• Ability to travel within IA and the surrounding states
• Strong leadership skills and financial management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication with owners, asset managers, staff, and residents

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple communities in the central Iowa region
• Manage priorities while supporting regional teams
• Conduct site inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
• Review leasing and occupancy activity
• Make recommendations to maximize NOI
• Hire, supervise, and support on-site managers and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain resident relationships and handle escalated issues
• Assist in contract negotiations and renewals with ownership and staff
• Meet with Regional Manager colleagues, building owners, and boards of directors
• Monitor on-site management, vendor contracts, and performance
