Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead and optimize operations for our FIRST EVER Market Rate portfolios in Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV. You will report to the Regional VP of Property Management and oversee multiple communities, driving financial and resident-service performance.

Candidates should have 3+ years in property management, with regional leadership experience, and strong knowledge of market-rate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 3+ years of property management experience, including Regional Property Manager or Director-level roles.
• Strong knowledge of market-rate communities and occupancy standards.
• Proficient Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate community teams to achieve occupancy, income, and service targets.
• Monitor and improve portfolio-wide performance and compliance.
• Oversee regular community inspections and vendor management.
• Support Community Managers with resident issues and operating needs.
• Manage wage, salary, bonus, incentive, and commissions for the portfolio.
• Coordinate pre-lease setup and staffing for new communities.
• Prepare and present regional portfolio reports for senior leadership.
