Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead and oversee the Florida Market Rate portfolio. You will report to the Regional VP of Property Management, guiding Property Managers, driving budget adherence, and ensuring optimal occupancy and collections across communities.

Responsibilities include vendor management, staff development, capital planning, and ensuring profitability while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 5+ years in property management with regional experience.
• Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws and Fair Housing.
• Strong Microsoft Office and YARDI skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties to meet financial targets.
• Lead and develop Community Managers and staff.
• Oversee budgets and asset plans.
• Monitor occupancy and collections.
• Coordinate vendor relationships.
