Travel across NC/SC, proficiency in Yardi and MS Office, and a track record of supervising Luxury Class A lease-up communities are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in Multifamily Regional Management.
• Experience with Luxury Class A lease-up communities preferred.
• Ability to travel across NC and SC.
• Proficient in Yardi and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all regional operations across multiple states.
• Hire, coach, and supervise Community Managers.
• Analyze monthly financials and market data for strategic decisions.
• Ensure leasing goals, budgets, and resident satisfaction targets are met.
• Coordinate capital projects and marketing for lease-ups.
