Job summary

Advantix Development Corp. is seeking a Property Manager in Evansville, IN. The role supervises daily operations of tenant-occupied properties, coordinates maintenance, conducts inspections, and drives lease-ups and program eligibility for LIHTC and Section 8 properties.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of property management experience, knowledge of LIHTC regulations, and experience with Yardi/Rent Café. This on-site position requires strong customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Four years of higher education preferred.
• Minimum of three years property management experience required.
• CAM certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of tenant-occupied buildings.
• Coordinate maintenance with on-site and central staff.
• Conduct quarterly unit inspections and move-in inspections.
• Monitor vacancy, unit turnover, and lease-up activities.
• Ensure LIHTC and project-based/Section 8 program compliance.
• Maintain rental collection and prepare monthly reports.
