Augusta Rental Homes is seeking an experienced property management leader to oversee our Leasing and Resident Services departments. This senior role will guide a team of about 10 employees across leasing and resident services to deliver professional, responsive service to our community of roughly 1,600 residents.

The ideal candidate will understand leasing, renewals, resident inquiries, and related operations, coach staff, analyze data to improve performance, and ensure consistent execution

• Experienced property management operator who understands how to manage a large volume of leasing and resident activity.
• Leads people and creates consistent execution across a team.
• Uses data to identify problems and improve performance.
