Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience in a significant leadership or operational role.
• Demonstrated experience managing property management operations at scale.
• Previous responsibility for leading, training, and holding a team accountable.
• Direct LIHTC experience.
• Strong working knowledge of LIHTC certifications, income calculations, student eligibility, recertifications, compliance files, and audits.
• Experience with property management software and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Leasing Team to move residents from inquiry through lease signing and move-in, aiming for 50–60 new leases per month.
• Lead the Resident Services Team as the primary contact for residents throughout tenancy.
• Maintain daily visibility into open issues, renewals, move-ins/move-outs, and escalated concerns.
• Ensure live phone coverage and timely email responses (within two business hours).
• Monitor lease renewals and ensure timely starts and completions.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs per company procedures and professional standards.
• Review escalated complaints and decide when management involvement is needed.
• Ensure lease violations are handled consistently and professionally.
• Provide clear, timely communication on maintenance and recurring service problems.
