Job summary

New Earth Residential seeks a Regional Manager to lead multiple apartment communities in the Urban Village Program. The role oversees operations, resident satisfaction, lease administration, rental collection, and P&L to ensure value and exceptional resident experiences.

You will recruit and mentor onsite teams, develop marketing plans with UVR, manage annual budgets, and supervise safety, compliance, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience as an on-site Community Manager or Regional Property Manager/District Manager in multi-family community.
• NV Real Estate License and PM Certificate required.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Software experience preferred.
• Community budgeting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operations of multiple properties, resident satisfaction, and full lifecycle activities including lease administration and delinquency management.
• Manages property P&L and marketing in line with company standards.
• Recruits, mentors, and manages on-site teams; coordinates with corporate office and vendors.
• Creates strategic marketing plans with UVR marketing team to attract and retain residents.
• Ensures annual budget, general ledger accuracy, and reporting for owners and leadership.
• Inspects properties regularly to maintain curb appeal and operations; handles escalated resident issues.
