Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years regional property management experience.
• Supervisory and leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with asset management to prepare annual budgets and re-forecasts.
• Ensure capital improvements are completed on time and within budget.
• Minimize delinquencies and achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Review and approve annual rent increase proposals in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain property facilities to company standards.
• Train staff to deliver excellent guest and resident experiences.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure community rules and maintenance are kept.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to develop leadership across the team.
• Build a collaborative team environment to support sales and operations.
