Job summary

Investors Management & Marketing (IMM) in Minot, ND is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-family properties. You will direct on-site staff, ensure property inspections, and drive leasing and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multi-family properties.
• Conduct regular inspections of all buildings; address safety/health hazards.
• Perform monthly property visits and assess curb appeal.
• Lead, direct, train, hire, and terminate on-site staff (property manager, maintenance, etc.).
• Oversee leasing training, marketing, and staff support.
• Manage maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
• Direct marketing efforts to grow managed properties.
• Participate in local/state apartment associations.
• Oversee leasing agents and tenant interactions, lease signings, and inquiries.
• Coordinate maintenance meetings and vendor communication.
• Develop and implement property marketing plans and campaigns.
• Oversee large capital improvement projects.
• Ensure rent collection aligns with policy and timely invoicing.
