Responsibilities

• Develop and implement accounting procedures and controls to improve efficiency.
• Oversee and Supervise Accounts Payable Department.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions for assigned portfolio.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in variance analysis to explain differences between budgeted and actual figures.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Assist with Corporate Accounting functions.
• Assist with Payroll, payroll reporting and billbacks.
• Coordinate with property managers to address financial queries and issues.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and real estate industry trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
