Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring on-site staff, coordinating capital improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong client and vendor relationships. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualificações

• Experience as regional manager in residential property management
• CPM designation a plus but not required
• College degree desired
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of multiple residential communities to ensure policy adherence
• Assist with budgeting, track monthly variances, provide written income/expense evaluations
• Lead on-site leasing, marketing, and tenant relations efforts
• Recruit, train, and mentor on-site staff; manage performance and conflicts
• Coordinate capital improvements and invoices with accounting for timely payments
