The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership in real estate, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with Yardi or Real Page.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or Real Estate.
• 3+ years in property management leadership.
• Strong financial acumen and analytics.
• Excellent communication and team management.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and market trends.
• Proficient in property management software (Yardi/Real Page).

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance and profitability across properties.
• Lead property management teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
