Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, drive profitability, and lead a regional property management team. You will coordinate leasing, maintenance, and financial performance while ensuring tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership, strong financial acumen, and experience managing diverse properties in the U.S. Market knowledge and vendor coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred in Business or Real Estate.
• 3+ years of relevant leadership experience with diverse properties.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi/Real Page).
• Strong financial acumen and analytic skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Ability to create and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Real Estate license in certain markets preferred; CPM/CAPS/CAM certifications also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance, ensuring operational, financial, and business targets are met.
• Collaborate with property managers to optimize occupancy and financial returns.
• Prepare and present reports on performance, finances, and market trends to ownership and senior management.
• Lead leasing strategies and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across properties.
• Develop and implement tenant retention programs and capital plans.
• Manage budgets and align with owner expectations.
