Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Regional Manager in Minneapolis, MN. The position involves overseeing property management, training community managers, and ensuring optimal asset performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and leasing A Assets.
• Minimum of five (5) years Regional Management experience.
• Ability to respond to unexpected problems in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all assigned properties and support the Executive Vice President.
• Monitor, assist, and make recommendations to improve marketing activities.
• Review and approve expenditures within budgetary guidelines.

Skills

Proven regional property management experience

Personnal management and strong supervisory skills

Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to develop strong professional relationships

Education

College degree preferred

Professional designation (ARM, CAPS, CPM)
