Job summary

Bonaventure Senior Living in Salem, Oregon is seeking a full-time Regional Property Manager to maximize the performance of our market-rate multifamily portfolio through oversight of third-party management companies and financial monitoring.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of regional management experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word; travel to properties will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regional management experience.
• Strong monthly financials understanding (variance, rent rolls, T-12).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with third-party management companies.
• Develop and execute ownership goals and community business plans.
• Review annual operating budgets and capital plans; provide variance analyses.
• Monitor monthly financial performance and align with budgets and plans.
• Diagnose operational issues and ensure tenant satisfaction and financial goals.
• Conduct ongoing market rental analysis to optimize asset performance.
• Partner with marketing on campaigns highlighting community strengths.
• Plan and manage capital expenditures with design and construction teams.
• Travel to sites for property visits and objective alignment.
