Job summary

Encore Property Management is seeking a Regional Manager to lead property management operations across multiple locations in the Birmingham region. You will supervise regional teams, ensure compliance, and implement best practices to optimize property performance.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and inspections while delivering exceptional tenant service and operating within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and manage multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management operations in the assigned region to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional property management teams to achieve business goals and professional development.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams to address tenant concerns promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for properties within the region.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across all managed properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance and repairs are completed timely and within budget.
