Job summary

Encore Property Management is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead property management operations across multiple locations. The role requires strategic leadership to maximize property performance, enhance tenant satisfaction, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will supervise regional teams, collaborate with site managers and maintenance staff, and drive best practices to achieve financial goals with high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of property management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management operations in the assigned region to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional property management teams to achieve business goals and professional development.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams to address tenant concerns promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for properties within the region.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across all managed properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance and repairs are completed timely and within budget.
