Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Regional Manager to supervise a portfolio of properties, uphold Engage standards, and drive occupancy and delinquency goals across all properties. You will lead Property Managers, oversee reporting, and ensure compliance with policies and licenses in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

The role requires strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and a track record of driving results.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pulse of properties and team morale in designated portfolio
• Collaborate and communicate with Property Managers daily to ensure Engage standards are upheld, policies followed, and occupancy/delinquency goals met
• Analyze weekly Property Manager reports for accuracy and opportunities, then submit to owners and Executive Team
• Ensure accuracy of all property reports
• Empower Property Managers to provide feedback and document it promptly
• Collaborate with the Regional Maintenance Manager
• Serve as final decision-maker for conditional applications, SODAs, property expenses, and collection accounts
• Foster a culture of open communication and healthy conflict with Property Managers
• Conduct a minimum of one quarterly onsite property meeting for all properties in designated portfolio
• Monitor and maintain all business licenses
• Maintain the Operations Guide
• Maintain Property Manager group text
• Serve as backup for Property Manager and Director of Operations
• Lead weekly Property Manager conference call
• Complete all training as required
