Fairstead ESC LLC is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple communities across their assigned region, implementing policies, managing leasing plans, budgets and reporting to achieve financial goals. The role emphasizes HUD compliance and efficient operations.

Applicants should be proficient in YARDI/Real Page, with REAC/NSPIRE inspection experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; MS Office proficiency is required; travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of regional property manager experience.
• Proficiency in YARDI/Real Page is required.
• Experience with REAC, NSPIRE, and MOR inspections.
• Affordable Housing industry certifications (COS, TC S, HCCP, NSPIRE) are a plus.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned regional communities.
• Create leasing and marketing plans, budgets, and financial reporting; monitor HUD compliance.
• Prepare monthly variance analyses for CFO.
• Conduct monthly NOI reviews for site performance.
• Address resident complaints diplomatically and professionally.
• Supervise security measures, incident reporting, and lease-violation processes.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure maximum economic rents through rent level management and outreach.
• Coordinate with staff and contractors to close out work orders with proper documentation.
• Approve large-scale purchases as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.
