Job summary

Fairstead ESC LLC seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple communities across designated regions. You will manage day-to-day operations, leasing plans, budgets, and compliance with HUD standards, while leading property teams and ensuring resident satisfaction.

You should bring strong communication and organizational skills, experience with REAC/NSPIRE inspections, and familiarity with YARDI/Real Page.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of regional communities.
• Develop leasing and marketing plans; manage budget and reporting.
• Prepare monthly variance analyses for CFO review.
