The role requires strong leadership, expertise in YARDI/Real Page, and experience with HUD programs. Travel across select states is expected, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on affordable housing impact.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager.
• Proficiency in YARDI/Real Page is required.
• Experience with REAC, NSPIRE, and MOR inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management in the assigned region.
• Develop leasing and marketing plans, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Lead monthly variance analyses for CFO review and ensure NOI targets.
