Cory Executive Recruiting is seeking a Regional Property Manager in Houston, TX to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes team development, financial ownership, and delivering strong operational results.

As a leader you will own budgeting, oversee a team of property managers, and build trusted relationships with ownership while guiding pricing and occupancy strategy across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years leading teams in multifamily property management, regional exposure preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and experience owning a P&L.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborative, adaptable leadership style with solid time management.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Own the financial and operational performance of your portfolio, including budgeting and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of property managers.
• Build strong relationships with ownership and resolve issues proactively.
• Monitor market trends to guide pricing and occupancy strategy.
• Oversee capital projects and vendor relationships across the portfolio.
• Conduct property inspections and manage day-to-day administrative needs.
• Oversee capital projects, including scope, bidding, and execution.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

• 3-5+ years leading teams in multifamily property management, ideally at a regional level.
• Strong financial acumen and comfort owning a P&L.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• A collaborative, adaptable leadership style with solid time management.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
