Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Colorado market, focusing on lease-up and Class A properties. You will manage a portfolio, develop vendor relationships, and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires 2–3 years as a Regional Property Manager, Colorado base, and strong bookkeeping and leadership skills. Travel will be required, with competitive benefits and a growth-forward culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as a Regional Property Manager
• Colorado-based
• Advanced bookkeeping knowledge and general accounting functions
• Understanding of current legal responsibilities of properties
• Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged, Ops Technology required
• Must have Lease Up/Class A experience
• Must be willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio and motivate a sales team
• Create and develop lasting relationships with vendors and staff
• Implement a competitive marketing strategy
• Work with owners to identify property goals and objectives
• Implement effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management
• Work with Community Managers on yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans
• Maximize rental income
• Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed accurately and timely
• Train and motivate associates to achieve sales goals
• Maintain product knowledge on all properties and major competition
• Ensure policies and procedures align with company policies

Your Role as a Regional Manager:

• Professional appearance and demeanor
