Pegasus Residential is expanding in Phoenix and seeks a Regional Manager to lead the local market with lease-up experience. You will guide a sales team, foster vendor relationships, and implement aggressive marketing to drive occupancy and revenue.

In this role you’ll work with owners to set goals, manage budgets, and ensure timely reporting. A proactive leader with strong communication and organizational skills will thrive in our fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as a Regional Property Manager.
• Phoenix-based position and market knowledge.
• Strong bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio and motivate a sales team.
• Develop lasting vendor and staff relationships.
• Implement a competitive marketing strategy.
• Work with owners to set property goals and objectives.
• Control costs, maximize revenue, and delinquency management.
• Collaborate with Community Managers on budgets and marketing plans.
• Maximize rental income effectively.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately.

Your Role as a Regional Manager:

• Manage a portfolio and motivate a sales team
• Create and develop lasting relationships with vendors and staff
• Implement a competitive marketing strategy.
• Work with the owners to identify property goals and objectives
• Implement effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management
• Work with Community Managers on yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans
• Effectively maximize rental income
• Ensure all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Train and motivate associates to achieve sales goalsMaintain thorough product knowledge on all properties and that of major competition
• Ensure that the established policies and procedures are within the Company’s policies

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years as a Regional Property Manager
• Phoenix based
• Possess advanced bookkeeping knowledge and perform general accounting functions
• Understanding of current legal responsibilities of the properties
• Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged, Ops Technology required.
