Job summary

Pegasus Residential is expanding and seeks a Regional Manager to lead the Colorado market. You will manage a portfolio, motivate a sales team, and partner with owners to set goals and budgets.

Expect to implement marketing strategies, drive revenue, and ensure timely, accurate reporting. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years as a Regional Property Manager, strong bookkeeping, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years as a Regional Property Manager.
• Third party experience required.
• Advanced bookkeeping knowledge and general accounting functions.
• Understanding of current legal responsibilities of the properties.
• Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged; Ops Technology required.
• Must have Lease Up/Class A experience.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio and motivate a sales team.
• Create and develop lasting relationships with vendors and staff.
• Implement a competitive marketing strategy.
• Work with owners to identify property goals and objectives.
• Implement effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management.
• Work with Community Managers on yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans.
• Effectively maximize rental income.
• Ensure all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Train and motivate associates to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge on all properties and major competition.
• Ensure policies and procedures align with Company standards.
