Job summary

Delta Dallas is seeking an experienced Regional Portfolio Manager to lead the operational, financial, and team performance of a portfolio of multifamily communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

You will drive occupancy, revenue growth, and NOI while developing budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans. The role includes coaching on-site teams, ensuring compliance, and elevating resident experiences across communities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of regional property management experience overseeing 3,000+ units.
• 3-5 years of multifamily property management experience, including lease-up experience.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and portfolio management skills.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software; RealPage preferred.
