As our Regional Manager, you will: Oversee four properties in the DFW area. Maximize property performance and resident satisfaction. Lead, inspire, and develop a rockstar team to hit and exceed goals. Make strategic decisions that drive growth and efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table

• 1+ years of Regional Management experience in multifamily.
• ResMan expertise? Even better! (or the ability to learn it fast).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of housing regulations and compliance standards.
• CAM or CAPS certification? Huge plus! (But not required).
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between properties.
