Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 Salary

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%

Job Shift: Day - including weekend and on-call

The Regional Manager assists in developing and monitoring company policies for properties within a region, manages recruitment, training, and supervision of General Managers, and supports the Vice President of Operations with various projects. The role requires a strong commitment to customer service and professional representation.

Essential Job Functions

• Determine and achieve portfolio goals through a hands-on approach.
• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor General Managers, conduct performance evaluations, and review staff changes.
• Maintain effective communication with employees, owners, and the VP.
• Monitor and improve marketing activities, occupancy, and leasing status.
• Ensure compliance in administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas; approve exceptions.
• Regularly inspect properties to maintain standards, evaluate operations, and conduct unit inspections.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and evaluate contracts.
• Act as the primary liaison with owners and provide necessary reporting.
• Travel up to 50% as required; reasonable use of personal vehicle needed.
• Reside in the Northeast part of the United States.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills

• Experience in the same industry.
• Knowledge of Entrata property management software.
• Ability to analyze financial data, budgets, and market surveys.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 50% or as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional demeanor and effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment and with diverse groups.

Work Hours: Generally 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed.
