Job summary

Corridor Property Management is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will oversee site teams, drive operating performance, manage budgets, and enhance resident satisfaction across the region.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and hands-on problem solving, with travel across the assigned region required to ensure standards and maximize NOI.

Qualifications

  • 5 years Regional Property Management experience.
  • Strong multifamily operational experience.

  • Budgeting and financial analysis experience.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant regulations.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region.

Responsibilities

  • Direct oversight of a portfolio of multifamily communities.
  • Lead, coach and mentor Community Managers and on-site teams.
  • Conduct regular property inspections.
  • Ensure company standards are consistently maintained.
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership and customer service.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets.
  • Review monthly financial statements.
  • Analyze variances and implement corrective action.
  • Maximize NOI and portfolio value.
  • Monitor delinquency, bad debt and collections.
  • Approve expenditures within authority limits.
  • Drive occupancy and leasing performance.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance programs are executed.
  • Oversee capital improvement projects.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure company policies are followed consistently.
  • Prepare monthly ownership reports.
  • Participate in asset management meetings.
  • Present operational recommendations.
  • Support acquisitions and due diligence efforts.
  • Coordinate property transitions with internal departments.
  • Recruit, train and develop Community Managers.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Develop succession planning.
  • Identify training opportunities.
  • Foster leadership growth throughout the organization.

Job description

The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the operational, financial, and physical performance of a portfolio of multifamily communities. This individual provides leadership to Community Managers and site teams while ensuring each property achieves its operational goals, financial objectives, and resident service standards.

The Regional Property Manager serves as the primary liaison between ownership, corporate leadership, and on-site teams, driving operational excellence, team development, occupancy growth, expense control, capital project execution, and resident satisfaction.

This role is highly visible and requires an experienced leader capable of building strong teams, solving complex operational challenges, and creating accountability throughout the portfolio.

Travel throughout the assigned region is expected.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Direct oversight of a portfolio of multifamily communities
