• Maximize the financial performance of the property
• Maintain the physical integrity of assigned communities
• Frequently visit and inspect sites
• Prepare owner reporting packages including Budgets/Business Plans, Marketing strategies, and Monthly Owner Reports
• Monitor/analyze monthly financial performance, rent variations, and maintain market intelligence
• Communicate pertinent information and primary issues with ownership
• Ensure compliance with Willow Bridge policies and all relevant regulations such as Fair Housing, EEO, ADA, OSHA, and liability standards
• Review and inspect all Capital Replacement Plans
• Recruit, train, and retain site employees, ensuring training benchmarks are met
• Monitor and adjust marketing plans as necessary
• Oversee resident relations and social media objectives
• Supervise lease-up efforts and review leasing and occupancy activities to meet budget expectations
• Review and approve resident retention and renewal programs
• Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent; college degree and industry certifications preferred
• Experience in high-rise, lease-up, and new construction projects is required
• CPM or CPM candidacy is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a multi-site supervisory role
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
