Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory Property Management experience required.
• 2 years of Regional Manager or Asset Manager experience is a must.
• Experience with acquisition rehab projects, lease ups, and new construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial management of apartment communities.
• Assist in pitching business to potential clients.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial reports.

Skills

Supervisory Property Management experience

Institutional investor management experience

Proficiency with Yardi and ResMan

Education

College education preferred

Valid Washington state real estate license
