Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of communities across the Western and Central U.S. You will coach General Managers, drive occupancy, and maximize NOI while upholding B.HOM standards.

Travel up to 50% is required as you partner with ownership, asset managers, and operations teams to improve performance, resident experience, and property condition in a growing national student housing platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in property leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of property management operations and financial performance
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work across multiple communities

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and mentor General Managers across an assigned portfolio
• Drive occupancy, leasing velocity, and revenue strategies
• Review budgets, expenses, and financial results to maximize NOI
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Build strong owner, asset manager, and client relationships
