Dominium is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will lead Community Managers and site teams, align operations with strategic goals, and drive performance through coaching and accountability.

Responsibilities include budgeting, controlling expenses, maximizing revenue, maintaining property conditions, and ensuring resident satisfaction. A track record of delivering results is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as Area or Regional Manager in multifamily.
• Overseeing a portfolio of three or more properties.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops Community Managers and site teams.
• Oversees budgets, expenses, and revenue optimization.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and company policies.
• Maintains property conditions and curb appeal.
• Monitors occupancy, leasing activity, and retention.
• Drives capital projects and timely execution.
• Collaborates with owners, vendors, and partners.
• Supports change management and crisis planning.
