Greystar seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio across Spokane and Northern Idaho, driving profitability, occupancy, and tenant satisfaction. You’ll partner with regional teams to implement strategic plans and optimize operating performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred in Business or Real Estate.
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/Real Page) and MS Office.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• 3 years minimum of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio performance and financial targets across properties.
• Collaborate with CMs and regional teams to drive performance.
• Lead budgeting, reporting, and implementation of initiatives.
• Maintain tenant relations and address concerns promptly.
• Develop leasing strategies to optimize occupancy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Conduct market research to identify improvement opportunities.
