Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee 20–25 apartment communities across WA, with support from accounting, admin, and compliance teams. You will lead on-site managers, ensure policy adherence, and drive financial and operational performance.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills, plus willingness to travel. Includes hybrid work, competitive pay, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Ability to read, understand and analyze financial statements.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Property management experience a plus, but not required.
• LIHTC, USDA RD, HUD knowledge a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational, financial, and compliance aspects of 20-25 apartment communities in WA.
• Lead and manage a team of on-site managers to drive performance.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, review monthly financials, and report to owners.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain property conditions.
• Address performance issues and maintain high standards of management and accountability.
