Job summary

American Concrete Products, a growing precast concrete manufacturer, seeks a Regional Project Manager to execute logistics and customer service for Engineer-to-Order products. Primary objective is to coordinate logistics between plants for timely delivery across regional jobsites.

The role requires travel 60-70% to plants and jobsites, with a 4-year degree and engineering knowledge preferred. Competitive compensation, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree with P.E. a plus but not required.
• Strong project management and logistics experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% to plants and jobsites.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to coordinate across Operations, Sales and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics between plants to ensure timely flow of products.
• Enter sales orders into ERP and generate delivery tickets and QC paperwork.
• Inspect products against release checklists and oversee load plans.
• Direct staff to ensure product readiness and on-time delivery.
• Travel to customer jobsites as needed for deliveries and inspections.
• Manage relationships with trucking brokers to maintain service and budget.
• Address quality or service gaps with staff/vendors and implement preventive procedures.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries promptly.
