Job summary

Lithko Contracting seeks an Operations Manager to support regional travel teams and oversee project execution. You will supervise the project team, develop the overall plan, and deliver project status to stakeholders while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements include 10+ years in construction project management, proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience with Commercial/Industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the project team and provide direction.
• Develop and own the overall project plan and set expectations.
• Deliver project status updates to stakeholders.
• Direct and align manpower resources to meet execution goals.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes and roles/responsibilities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project.
• Communicate effectively with customer management to resolve issues.
