Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Nashville, TN is seeking a Project Manager Supervisor to lead lighting and gear projects across our regional portfolio. You will collaborate with the Regional Manager of Projects to align execution with SOPs, drive operational excellence, and mentor project managers.

The role requires experience in lighting/electrical distribution projects, strong MS Office skills, and proven communication and negotiation abilities to serve customers and sales teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience as a contractor inside sales or management of lighting/electrical distribution projects preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Regional Manager of Projects.
• Manager of all lighting and gear project managers.
• Handles the day to day with project managers including the SOP and operational details and issues.
• Assists operations with warehouse and PLS in regards to current projects.
• Responds to requests from customers and salespersons on matters pertaining to the application and operation of various projects throughout a region.
• Assists with the planning and presentation of training programs and other professional growth opportunities for customers and salespersons in the planning, installation and operations of various projects.
• Resolves customer order problems and complaints promptly.
• Prepares correspondence and reports necessary for business transactions.
