Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Tennessee (La Vergne) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales and customer service for our Southeast region. You will direct branch activities, build strong customer relations, and ensure adherence to credit and return policies while maintaining high service levels.

The role requires a four-year degree (or two-year equivalent) and at least four years in the electrical industry, with preferred supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred with a minimum of 2-year associates degree or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of electrical products and applications.
• Minimum of 4 years of industry-related experience; previous management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the sales activities of the branch and sales team.
• Develops and maintains customer relations with exemplary service.
• Oversees decision making and resolution of customer complaints with timely solutions.
• Follows company credit and return policies.
• Promotes and supports company-wide product promotions with vendors and customers.
• Interviews and hires to fill open positions following policy; ensures legal compliance.
• Generates annual branch budget and strives for profitability and inventory control.
