Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Regional Project Manager to deliver Office and Factory Services projects in Houston. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety across design consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with local authorities, and aligning with global best practices to optimize delivery and outcomes for the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction management or Architecture.
• Experience delivering Office and Factory Services projects and managing design consultants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction phase: safety, quality, schedule, budget, scope and production impact.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental, hazardous materials, building and land-use regulations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, consultants and contractors through clear communication and integrity.
• Understand local jurisdiction and officials to support real estate planning outcomes.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into construction documents leveraging technical skills.
• Coordinate with global resources to apply best practices and drive budget/schedule improvements.
• Lead vendor selection with procurement, RFQ processes and multiple bids evaluation.
• Promote EHS culture and travel to sites as needed.
