Jukebox Health is seeking a Regional Project Manager to lead end-to-end home modification projects and manage a regional network of service providers. This role focuses on accessible design to help older adults and disabled clients live safely at home, with travel up to 50% and a remote-friendly schedule.

You will report to the Director of Project Management, coordinate clinical teams, clients, and service providers, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction field work (residential preferred)
• 5+ years working in residential management
• Experience with home modifications: bathrooms, ramps, etc. is a plus
• Must reside in DE with ability to travel 50% and work from home remainder

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management for home modification installations
• Coordinate between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Recruit, onboard and develop a network of qualified Service Providers in your region
• Establish quality standards and ensure consistent service delivery across all contractors
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and implement corrective actions
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex technical or client service issues
