This role emphasizes remote-first work with travel across IA and a focus on improving the lives of older adults and people with disabilities in their homes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction field work; residential construction preferred.
• 5+ years working in residential management.
• Experience with home modifications (bathrooms, ramps, etc.) preferred.
• Must reside in IA and travel within IA 50% of the time; work from home otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management for home modification installations.
• Coordinate between clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
